Cleanstay Airb&b Refund Policy

At Cleanstay Airb&b, we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services for all Airbnb hosts. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund policy to help guide you through cancellations and refunds for cleaning services booked through our platform.

1. Full Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You cancel your cleaning service at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time.
  • The full amount paid for the service will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Partial Refunds

  • If you cancel your cleaning service within 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total service cost. This covers the potential loss of the cleaner’s time and effort to accommodate the cancellation.

3. No Refunds

No refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

  • Same-day cancellations: If you cancel your cleaning service within 12 hours of the scheduled cleaning time, no refund will be issued.
  • No-shows: If the cleaner arrives at the property and is unable to perform the service due to a lack of access or other host-related issues, no refund will be issued.
  • Completed cleanings: Once the cleaning service has been completed, no refunds will be issued unless there is a verified issue with the quality of the service.

4. Disputes and Service Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the completed service. We will review your concerns and may offer a resolution, including potential partial refunds or rebooking with a different cleaner.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your Cleanstay Airb&b account.
  2. Go to Your Bookings and select the cleaning service you wish to cancel.
  3. Follow the cancellation process and confirm your cancellation.
  4. If eligible, the refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within 5-10 business days.
